Monday mornings are always tough but fun-filled summer weekends can leave you arriving to the office looking a little puffy under the eyes.

For these mornings I've found that my regular eye cream doesn't help the immediate problem, so for my "Puff the Magic Dragon" eyes, I use Bliss Baggage Handler eye cream.
