VIDEO: Ted Nugent says he'll be 'dead or in jail' if Obama re-elected

The Secret Service is now taking a closer look at the Motor City Madman.
Ted Nugent was at the NRA's annual convention over the weekend in St. Louis when he said, "If Barack Obama becomes the President in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year."
Threat or throw away comment? A spokesman for the Secret Service told New York Magazine, "We are aware of it, and we'll conduct an appropriate follow up."
The DNC posted an online petition calling for Mitt Romney (Nugent's candidate of choice) to condemn the singer's remarks.
